We detect no-shows via GPS within minutes of the shift start. Shelvian immediately dispatches from the waitlist and you're notified. Ambassadors who no-show receive a strike — three strikes results in permanent suspension.
Absolutely. After any completed shift you can one-click re-book the same ambassador. You can also add ambassadors to a Favorites list so they're prioritized for your future shifts.
Each job posting includes a pre-event checklist specifying what the brand provides vs. what the ambassador should bring. Typically brands ship product samples and branded materials; ambassadors bring themselves and their energy.
Every ambassador completes ID verification via Stripe Identity before their first shift. We also verify relevant certifications (Food Handler card, ServSafe, TIPS) with expiry tracking. Background checks are available as an optional add-on for brands.
We place a temporary authorization on your card when you post a shift. The actual charge only processes after the ambassador submits their event report and the shift is marked complete. If a shift is never filled, you're never charged.
